Earthing 

We spend the majority of our adult life separated from the bare earth by way of shoes and being indoors.  The shoes we ware while out side and floors we walk on barefoot act as insulation to the benefits the earth has to offer.  It is very simple simply take off your shoes and walk around outside.  You can also lay on the earth or hug that tree.
