As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not the utter words, but to live by them.  Jhon F. Kennedy

Gratitude is the king of all emotions, it will trump any other emotion that we are experiencing.  The latest research show that it can have long lasting effects. In the research project: ”gratitude expression may lead to longer-term effects on brain activity.”The effects of gratitude expression on neural activity.

The benefits of having an attuned of gratitude are amazing.  A quick google search will result in hundreds of articles and research project that prove the benefits.  We can all say that we are grateful for this or that, however the most important thing is to feel it.  When we get our of our head and into our heart to feel the gratitude this is a game change as well as a brain changer.  This fires and wires new pathways that we will cover later but know that it does have an element of momentum.  This is to say that the more we do it the more we feel the effects and will continue the pattern.  What an amazing momentum to be in.  Find one thing that you are grateful for and spend at least 1 minute feeling the gratitude.
